Cancel your contract

This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Here you can cancel your plan for the Lern Up Coach. The monthly plan ends at the end of the current billing month. 6- and 12-month plans end at the end of the agreed term; the monthly payments continue until then. If you don’t cancel them by then, they continue as a monthly plan at the monthly plan price and can then be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.

Cancel online (recommended)

Fill in the cancellation form and click the cancel button (“jetzt kündigen”). You will immediately see a confirmation on screen with date and time, and you’ll also receive it by email. You don’t need to sign in. Just enter your name, the email address you used to buy the plan and which contract you want to cancel.

Alternatively, sign in to the Lern Up Coach and click “Manage or cancel subscription”.

Cancel by email

You can also cancel informally by email. So that we can clearly identify your contract, please include:

your name,
the email address you used to buy the plan,
which contract you are cancelling (monthly, 6 months or 12 months),
whether the cancellation should take effect at the earliest possible date or on a specific date.

We confirm receipt of your cancellation by email, stating the date and the day on which the contract ends.
